Blue Ox Mini Golf has come to an agreement with Fort Road Federation regarding the footprint of the land. We are now in negotiations regarding terms!

Although we're not open and we haven't yet broken ground, we are busy as bees. There is a lot of planning and preparation that goes into starting a new arts-based mini golf social enterprise!  Once we have the terms set, our architect can work on a 100% rendering that will be submitted to Heritage Preservation Commission and the St. Paul Department of Safety and Inspections.

Recent Wins
1. Did we mention we have an agreement regarding the footprint of the land? Very exciting!

Opening a business pretty much means you're always working and thinking about the business. It's a lot of work and sacrifice, but it's also very exciting. We continue to have other business owners review our plan and our approach, and it's like fine tuning a machine. Everyone has wonderful insight and feedback, and incorporating this into our work is very helpful.
