The rapidly changing demographics of Atlanta’s Old Fourth Ward—a historically African American community—are testing relationships, identities, and resiliency of networks within the community. Through the use of hip-hop and the craft of freestyle lyricism, Soul Food Cypher (SFC) will launch cultural events that create a place for positive social interactions, using the arts and shared neighborhood spaces as a cultural bridge.
