Proposed site that Blue Ox will transform into artist-designed mini golf and multipurpose art space

Blue Ox Mini Golf has submitted an offer on the land, and we are eagerly awaiting a response from the owners.

Recent Wins
1. The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation recently announced they will be investing $8 million over three years " . . . to engage and enrich the city of St. Paul through the arts." This is a wonderful win for our city!

2. The West 7th/Fort Road Federation & Filo Productions have announced Germanfest, a new festival that will be held June 21st at the Schmidt Brewery. The festival will include art, music, food, soccer matches, and more.

3. The Saint Paul Gallery held a Valentine's Day-themed art opening featuring local West 7th artists. There is definitely greater awareness of the art scene in the West 7th neighborhood!

4. A faith-based arts organization, Art House North, opened in West 7th, and they recently produced a musical in their space. They aim to be the "Creative Community for the Common Good."

5. A recent report showed that in 2013 there was $29.3 million in construction permits in West 7th neighborhood!
